We are currently searching for a passionate English Teaching Assistant to join our diverse team. Responsibilities of the role include:

• Supporting the lead teacher in planning and implementing lessons
• Helping to evaluate student's progress and planning new goals
• Working one-on-one with students who may need further assistance
• Managing classroom behavior and ensuring a constructive learning environment
• Routine administrative tasks such as grading and recording student attendance

Job Requirements

Candidates must fulfill the following criteria or have the following expertise:

• A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Proficiency in English (native speakers preferred)
• Previous teaching or tutoring experience
• Strong communication and instructional skills
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for working with students of various abilities
