Job Vacancy: Translation Internship

We are currently looking for a passionate Translation Intern to join our highly-skilled team. The successful candidate will be expected to assist in various translation processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of our company’s operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supporting the translation team in the conversion of written materials from one language into another.
- Revision and proofreading of translated scripts.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to brainstorming sessions for improving translation processes.
- Continually learning about sector-specific terminologies and jargon to enhance translation accuracy.
- Compliance with translation quality standards and company guidelines.
- In the pursuit or completion of a degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field
- Fluency in at least two languages, including English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen eye for detail and linguistic skills
- Proficiency in using translation software and tools
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to cope under pressure and work towards tight deadlines
- Proactive in learning new concepts and adapting to change
