Job Description

The intern will be responsibile for:

- Handling reception and reservation duties efficiently.
- Providing a proactive and friendly service to customers and dealing with their queries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Supporting the coordination and execution of meetings and events.
- Assisting with the check-in and check-out procedures while ensuring the highest level of customer service.
- Updating customer records and maintaining up-to-date information about room availability and pricing.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless end-to-end guest experience.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate would:

- Be pursuing a bachelor’s degree or recent graduates in hospitality or related fields.
- Be proficient in Italian and English language.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Present a professional appearance and attitude and have the ability to multitask.
- Have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and reservation systems.
- Be flexible regarding working hours, including weekends and holidays.
