Job Description

The successful candidate will support our diverse project teams in the research, implementation, and evaluation of our programs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Conducting background research and data analysis for project planning and preparation.
  • Assisting in coordinating project events, including workshops, meetings, and conferences.
  • Assisting in the production and dissemination of project materials and reports.
  • Maintaining project documentation and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Supporting donor relations by preparing funding proposals and donor reports.

Personal and Job Requirements

The ideal candidate must be a current graduate or undergraduate student, or a recent graduate, with a background in International Relations, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication abilities in English and Italian.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis software.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a diverse team.
  • Keen interest in and commitment to the principles of sustainable development and social justice.
