Internship Description

As an intern in our human resources department, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. You will report directly to the HR Manager and assist in a wide range of tasks, including:

- Assistance in recruitment process - posting job ads, initial resume review, and scheduling interviews
- Helping to maintain HR files and other documentation
- Assisting in organizing staff events and engagement programs
- Participation in compensation and benefits administration
- Undertaking specific projects aimed at improving HR processes.

Position Requirements

This position demands a proactive individual who is currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or anything related. Strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and an ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information are also essential for this role. Knowledge of Italian or English language is a must.
