Job Description

We are seeking ambitious and driven candidates for an exciting Event Management Internship opportunity based in Turin, Italy. As part of this role, you will assist our Events team in coordinating various aspects of planning, organization, and execution of events.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the planning and execution of a wide range of events.
- Assist in coordinating venue providers, contractors, and equipment hire.
- Support in preparing event documentation and paperwork.
- Provide support in post-event evaluations and report writing.
- Attend meetings and collaborating with team members and partners.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and schedule maintenance.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or studying towards a degree preferably in Event Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in Event Management is a plus.
- Excellent communication & organizational skills.
- Proficiency in spoken & written Italian and English.
- Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
