Job Description

As an HR intern, you will be exposed to a broad range of HR tasks. You will assist in various HR functions including, but not limited to: recruitment, training & development, performance management, and compliance. Your primary responsibilities will include: creating job descriptions, screening resumes, scheduling job interviews, maintaining employee records, assisting in payroll preparation and delivering HR training programs. Additionally, you will be involved in new employee integration, cultural initiatives, and strategic HR projects designed to enhance employee engagement and productivity.

Job Requirements

Applicants should be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, psychology, or a related field. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are paramount. Fluency in Italian and English is required. Attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality, and an understanding of HR laws and regulations are also expected. Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office is a requirement.
