Job Description

The successful candidate will assist our Lead Teachers in the delivery of our English language curriculum. Tasks include:

- Assisting in teaching day-to-day classes to deliver challenging, engaging and effective lessons
- Supporting child and adult students in achieving proficiency in all English skills including listening, speaking, reading, and writing
- Evaluating students’ performance, offering tailored feedback, and working with Lead Teachers to address areas for improvement
- Providing administrative support including grading, report preparation, student record management and lesson material preparation
- Participating in school events and meetings
- Ensuring the learning environment is safe, supportive and stimulating

Personal and Job Requirements

If you're passionate about teaching, then we're looking for someone like you. To be eligible for the role:

- You must be fluent in English and have a strong grasp of written and spoken grammar
- You must possess a degree in Teaching, Literature, Applied Linguistics or similar
- Previous experience working in a teaching assistant role or with languages will be considered a plus
- TEFL Certification or similar will be considered positively
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and the adaptability to work with a variety of learners
