Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assisting the primary instructor in implementing lesson plans and managing classroom activities.
- Engaging with students in a one-on-one or group setting to practice conversation skills, enhance comprehension, and correct pronunciation errors.
- Preparing and distributing classroom material as directed by the primary instructor.
- Assessing student progress, identifying areas of improvement, and offering personalized feedback.
- Engaging in staff meetings and professional development to continually improve teaching skills and stay updated on the latest language teaching methodology.

Qualification and Skills:

- A university degree, preferably in education or a language-related field.
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or equivalent English teaching certification.
- Minimum of one year experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English and Italian.
- Strong communication, organizational, and intercultural skills.
- Passionate about teaching, patient, and able to engage with students of different age groups and skill levels.
