Job Role

We are presently inviting applications for the position of an English Teaching Assistant. In this role, you will work alongside our experienced teaching team, assisting in lesson preparation and delivery, motivating our students, and helping them develop their skills in spoken and written English. Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the preparation and teaching of interactive, student-centric English classes
  • Conducting evaluation and feedback sessions for the students
  • Helping students improve their fluency, vocabulary, and pronunciation
  • Enhancing the students' understanding of the cultural and social aspects of English
  • Guiding students through experiential learning activities
  • Collaborating with the teaching team to develop engaging course materials.

Job Requirements

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, work authorization for Italy, and a TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate. Proficiency in English, with native-level fluency, is a must. Candidates must demonstrate prior experience in teaching English as a second language and should be competent in using modern IT tools for teaching. Having a basic proficiency in Italian is highly desirable.
