Job Vacancy: Education/Teaching Assistant
We are keen to employ a dedicated and enthusiastic Education/Teaching Assistant to assist our educators and facilitate classroom activities. Your assignments will range from aiding teachers in creating engaging lesson plans to looking after students' well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the classroom teacher in preparing and implementing daily lesson plans.
- Fostering a positive and collaborative learning environment.
- Supporting students with learning difficulties or special needs, ensuring they receive equal opportunities for learning.
- Maintaining up-to-date records of students' progress and behavior.
- Promoting positive behavior and values in line with the school's ethos.
- Participating in school events and contributing to the wider school community's activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education or relevant field.
- Prior experience in an educational environment, preferably as a teaching assistant.
- Fluency in Italian and English languages.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for working with children.
- First aid and child safeguarding certification will be considered a plus.
