Job Opening: Education/Teaching Assistant

We aim to enhance learning and foster a love for education in our students by creating an inclusive and stimulating environment. To help us achieve these objectives, we are seeking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Education/Teaching Assistant.

Job Role

The individual will assist classroom teachers in the implementation of instructional plans. The responsibilities include:

- Providing individual and small group instruction to reinforce the lessons taught by the teachers.
- Maintaining an orderly, attractive, and positive learning environment.
- Supervising students during lunch, recess, hallway transitions, and similar situations.
- Helping with the planning, preparation, and organization of teaching resources.
- Supporting with the management and assessment of student progress, including grading and marking.

Personal and Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

- A recognized Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Prior experience working in a school environment.
- Strong proficiency in English and Italian.
- Exemplary communication skills both written and oral.
- Proactive, organized and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- A deep affinity for working with children and a passion for education.
