Job Responsibilities

  • Support classroom teachers in preparing lesson materials and creating a conducive learning environment

  • Monitor student's progress, keeping records of their performance, behaviour and other relevant issues
  • Liaison between students, teachers and parents, effectively addressing the concerns and feedback
  • Contribute to planning and participating in school events and activities

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in education or related discipline from a recognized institution
  • Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting is preferred
  • Fluency in both Italian and English languages, additional languages would be a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about education and enthusiastically committed to student development
  • Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive rapport with parents, students and co-workers
