Job Description

The school is currently looking for a dedicated Education / Teaching Assistant who will support the teaching staff in delivering high-quality education for our students. Key responsibilities will include: supporting the teacher in classroom management and instruction; helping to prepare classroom materials and assist in lesson implementation; supervising students during non-class activities, such as breakfast sessions and playground time; aiding children who need extra help to carry out tasks; observing students’ performance and reporting on their progress and behavior to the main teacher; maintaining a clean and orderly classroom; and assisting in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of instructional activities.

Job Requirements

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or a related field. Candidates with previous experience working with children, preferably in education settings, will be favored. Familiarity with different teaching methods and disciplinary strategies is also essential. The ability to communicate effectively in English and Italian is a prerequisite. Successful applicants will also demonstrate a patient and caring nature, good organizational skills, and an ability to inspire and engage young learners.
