Job Description:

We’re looking for a dedicated Education / Teaching Assistant to become an integral member of our team. This role involves supporting teaching staff in planning, preparing and delivering lessons, observing and reporting on student participation and progress, and creating a supportive learning environment that fosters students’ intellectual and social growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting teaching staff in developing lesson plans and learning materials.
  • Providing one-on-one assistance to students with special needs or those requiring additional support.
  • Enforcing classroom policies and managing student behavior.
  • Maintaining classroom resources and ensuring a clean, safe learning environment.
  • Participating in school activities and events, and liaising with parents as needed.

Job Requirements:

Applicants should ideally hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in education or a related field. A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within an educational setting, fluency in both Italian and English, and a valid teaching assistant certification is preferable.
