Management Internship Role

We are offering an enriching internship opportunity in our Management division where the chosen candidate will work closely with our senior management team and department heads to gain hands-on experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of business strategies.
• Analyze business operations and suggest improvements.
• Participate in market research to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on the performance of the department.
• Work closely with HR team to recruit, coordinate and assess other interns.

Skills & Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Masters or final year Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent team working, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Independently motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in English and Italian. Knowledge of another European language is a plus.
