Job Description:

As a kitchen intern, you will work under the guidance of our expert chefs to create a unique gastronomical experience. Daily tasks would include:

- Preparation and assembly of food components for various dishes under supervision
- Ensuring food and kitchen supplies inventory is well maintained
- Assisting in menu planning, providing innovative ideas
- Ensuring kitchen hygiene, safety standards and procedures are adhered to
- Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Job Requirements:

Ideal candidates should have a passion for the culinary arts, possess good measurement and number skills, and be able to work quickly yet efficiently in a high-paced environment. Prior kitchen experience is preferred but not compulsory.

Personal Requirements:

The interested candidates should display a high level of personal hygiene, physical stamina, communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. A team player with a positive attitude and commitment to culinary excellence is most desired.
