• Support the planning process by creating and managing timelines, budgets, and guest lists.
• Coordinate logistics for events, including transportation, accommodations, and rehearsal schedules.
• Attend client meetings and vendor consultations to gather insights and feedback.
• Help design and curate wedding decor, invitations, and other materials.
• Participate in on-site event setup and coordination on the wedding day.
• Maintain communication with clients and vendors to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with planning software is a plus.
• Passionate about wedding trends and event design.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Team player with strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
