Internship Opportunity: Reception/Reservations

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated Reception/Reservations Intern who is ready to take on the exciting hustle and bustle of the hospitality industry. This internship will offer real-world experience in customer service, reservations management and general operation of reception in our prestigious establishment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch guest services including check in/out, guest inquiries and requests, and reservation management.
  • Work cooperatively with our professional team to ensure seamless operation of front desk functions.
  • Utilize property management systems for accurate and timely handling of guest bookings.
  • Enforce policies and procedures to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all guests and staff members.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of corporate or private events at the property.

    • Job Requirements

  • Current student or recent graduate in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Exemplary communication skills in English and Italian, both written and verbal. Additional languages would be a plus.
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Open to learning and applying new concepts in high-pressure situations.
