Job Description

This HR Intern position entails a broad range of responsibilities. Interns will be actively involved in support onboarding activities including documentations, materials preparation, and coordination with other departments; assisting in managing training activities; updating employees databases; involvement in recruitment processes including CVs screening, interview coordination, potential candidates communication; aiding in HR analytics by creating reports and presentations on HR metrics. Moreover, incumbents may also assist the HR team in implementing HR policies and procedures as well as taking part in special projects related to HR marketing and employer branding.

Job Requirements

Candidates must be enrolled in a degree program with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field. Proficiency in both Italian and English is required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must, and candidates should be capable of handling sensitive information with discretion. Familiarity with HR databases and HRIS systems will be an added advantage.
