Internship Role Overview

The selected intern will be involved in all aspects of event planning from conception to completion. They will work closely with our talented team of event professionals, suppliers, and clients to deliver exceptional events. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain relevant industry experience and develop a well-rounded skill set in Event Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in event planning, design, and production within time limits.
• Work with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research, gather information, and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals.
• Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders.
• Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality.
• Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material, etc.
• Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations.

Job Requirements

• Candidates studying for or having completed a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field are preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English - both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and time-management skills.
• Able to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
• Willingness to travel for events and work irregular hours.
