Job Description:
The appointed English Teaching Assistant will be responsible for planning and conducting interactive English lessons alongside our lead teachers. They will provide individual assistance to students and create an engaging and supportive learning environment. Their responsibilities will include:
- Supporting lesson planning and delivery
- Conducting formative assessments to gauge students’ progress
- Providing tailored guidance to students to enhance their language skills
- Assisting with preparation and grading of assignments and examinations
- Conducting tutoring sessions for students who need extra help
Job Requirements:
To qualify for this position, the ideal candidate is required to:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Linguistics, or a related field
- Possess at least two years of experience in teaching English as a second language
- Prove fluency in English and conversational proficiency in Italian
- Display strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Exhibit the ability to work in a team as well as independently
