Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated English Teaching Assistant to complement our hardworking team. The successful applicant will be responsible for creating engaging lessons that cater to the needs of diverse learners, assisting the lead educator in day-to-day classroom activities, collaborating with staff members in curriculum planning, grading student assignments, as well as monitoring and recording student progress.

Tasks:

- Assist in preparing lesson materials and classroom activities under the guidance of the lead teacher.
- Provide individual assistance to students during class activities.
- Help maintain a well-organized, tidy, and positive classroom.
- Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions.
- Assist in grading assignments and maintaining accurate student records.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to monitor students’ progress.

Job Requirements:

- Native level proficiency in English language.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in education, linguistics, or a related field.
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience will be a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A good understanding of innovative teaching methodologies.
- Flexibility to adapt lesson plans to students’ learning styles.
