Job Vacancy: Education/Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Education / Teaching Assistant to join our exemplary team. The candidate will work closely with our skilled educators to support a conducive learning environment and implement effective teaching strategies. This job role is a full-time position.

Tasks and Responsibilities

- Provide individual and small group instruction under the supervision of the faculty member.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of lessons and student assessments.
- Support students with special educational needs, enhancing their learning experience.
- Oversight of the students during non-classroom activities including lunch and play periods.
- Collaborate with faculties and parents in tracking and reporting students' progress.
- Participate actively in faculty meetings and professional development programs.
- Adhere to the school's policies, procedures, and code of conduct.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of child development theories and teaching methodologies.
- Positive attitude, patience, and excellent communication skills.
- Strong classroom management and organization skills.
- Fluency in both English and Italian will be highly beneficial.
