The Role

The Education / Teaching Assistant will be responsible for creating an effective learning environment in support of the lead instructor. This entails the following tasks:

- Assist in preparing and delivering lesson material under the guidance of the lead instructor.
- Support students individually or in small groups to help reinforce learning concepts presented by teachers.
- Supervise students in classrooms, halls, cafeterias, school yards, and gymnasiums, or on field trips.
- Observe students' performance, and record relevant data to assess progress.
- Engage with parents and provide feedback on students' progress.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate must have:

- A relevant tertiary qualification.
- Minimum two-year experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in Italian (native or C1 level).
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
- A positive and flexible attitude towards working with students of varied age groups.

- Demonstrated passion for teaching, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- High level of initiative and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Capacity to develop positive relationships with students, colleagues and parents.
