• Maintaining detailed knowledge of our services, products, promotional packages, and pricing.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or related fields.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Italian and English.
• Experience in customer service is advantageous but not compulsory as training will be given.
