Internship Opportunity: HR Intern

Our organization is currently on the lookout for a committed individual to join our Human Resources team located in the beautiful city of Parma, Italy. This exciting opportunity offers the possibility to gain firsthand experience in the HR sector of a high-profile international company, thus laying robust groundwork for career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the recruitment process: Posting job advertisements, CV screening, scheduling interviews and feedback communication.
• Assisting with onboarding programs: Preparing documents, coordinating orientation sessions and representing HR in welcoming new hires.
• Assisting in compensation and benefits administration.
• Collaborating on numerous HR projects directed by the HR Manager including but not limited to employee satisfaction surveys, organisational culture initiatives and process improvements.

Job Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain strictly confidential HR information.
• Fluent in Italian and proficiency in English.
