Job Vacancy: Human Resources Intern

In our pursuit of excellence, we are currently seeking a proactive, resourceful Human Resources Intern to join our forward-driving HR department. This position presents an excellent opportunity for the selected candidate to learn the intricacies of HR operations within a multinational setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist HR professionals in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Help in coordinating internal and external training sessions and seminars.
  • Assist the HR team in employee development programs.
  • Regularly update our internal databases with employee information, like leave and contact details.
  • Participate in organizing company events and career days.
  • Support HR professionals in administrating employee insurance and benefits files.

Job Requirements

  • Must be a final year student or recent graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian.
  • Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
