Job Responsibilities

As a Management Intern, you will be responsible for:

Assisting in the coordination and execution of various management projects.
Supporting administrative tasks including creating and maintaining reports.
Analyzing and interpreting company metrics and performing market research.
Assisting with strategic planning and business development initiatives.
Collaborating cross-functionally and building strong internal and external relationships.
Providing relevant insights from the synthesis of data analysis results, management of databases, and surveys.

Job Requirements

We are looking for interns who have the following capabilities:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or recently graduated, in Business Administration or related field.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both Italian and English.
Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive attitude, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
