Role: Event Management Internship

We are seeking an intern to join our dynamic team in Parma, Italy. This position will provide the candidate with real-world experience and support in the development and execution of prestigious events.

Main Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the planning, design, and implementation of events.
- Escort clients on venue inspections and foster relationships with venues.
- Assist in drafting event proposals and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with suppliers, caterers, and other event-related companies.
- Provide logistic support during events.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and report on outcomes.

Job Requirements:

- Studying or recent qualification in Event Management, Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Previous event experience is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
