Job Description
Currently, we are seeking an enthusiastic English Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Teaching Assistant will play a key role in reinforcing English language lesson plans, providing essential support to our dedicated teachers, and ensuring that our students receive the tailored help they need to excel.
Responsibilities
- Support the lead teacher in the implementation of lesson plans and curricula.
- Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to strengthen their English language skills.
- Prepare classroom materials and facilitate interactive activities to enhance learning experience.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and supportive learning environment.
- Provide feedback on students' progress and participation.
Qualifications & Personal Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Education, English Language, Linguistics or a related field.
- At least two years of experience as an English teacher or teaching assistant, with TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent certification a plus.
- Exceptional fluency in English, both written and verbal. Basic knowledge of Italian would be beneficial but not compulsory.
- Notable organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, with a passion for teaching and working with diverse student profiles.
- Capability to adapt to various teaching strategies and methods according to the students' individual needs.
