Job Description
The Teaching Assistant will work closely with the educational staff, providing support in delivering a dynamic, engaging curriculum. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assisting classroom teachers in the execution of lessons and activities.
- Providing additional support to students individually or in small groups.
- Preparing classroom materials and resources.
- Maintaining a safe, positive learning environment.
- Aiding in the setup and clean up of classrooms.
- Observing and assessing student performance and providing feedback to teachers.
- Helping students to develop self-confidence and independence.
Job Requirements
Eligible candidates should have the following qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a similar field.
- Previous experience in an educational setting would be advantageous.
- A high level of fluency in both Italian and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A calm, understanding, and patient approach.
- An ability to work as part of a team and to build strong relationships with staff, students, and parents.
