This individual will play an important supporting role to our senior teaching staff, providing crucial help to facilitate effective learning experiences for our enthusiastic student body.
Job Description and Responsibilities
- Assisting the teacher in planning and implementing curriculum activities.
- Supporting students in their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Helping students with their learning activities during lessons, under the supervision of a qualified teacher.
- Creating a stimulating and positive learning environment that encourages student participation.
- Providing feedback on students’ progress and behavior to the teacher and parents as necessary.
- Helping prepare classroom resources and materials, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the learning environment.
Qualifications and Personal Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred, but not necessarily required.
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desired.
- Candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Italian and English.
- Be energetic, patient, and genuinely interested in child development and education.
- Candidate must also have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
