Job Description

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support both inside and outside of the classroom. This includes preparing education materials, assisting with lesson plans, contributing to teaching small groups, and working one-on-one with students who require additional assistance.

In addition to general classroom duties, the role also involves supporting children with their social, emotional, and behavioral development, assisting with lunchtime supervision, and helping to oversee school clubs and trips.

Job Requirements

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in education or a related field and a minimum of two years of classroom experience. Proficiency in Italian and English is necessary. The candidates should be able to work independently and as part of a team and should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with children with special educational needs is preferred. Candidates must also hold a criminal record check clearance, first aid certification, and be willing to undertake further training and professional development as required.
