- Lending support in recruitment processes by filtering of applications, conducting initial candidate screening and scheduling interviews.
- Assisting with the organization and execution of engagement events and initiatives.
- Support in handling HR-related documentation and record keeping.
- Suggest innovative ideas for improving and streamlining HR processes.
- Undertaking any additional tasks and projects concerning Human Resources management.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should:

- Be pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Be fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a proactive, eager to learn attitude and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have strong experience in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
