Key Responsibilities

- Support the technical design and management of civil engineering projects.
- Assist in drafting design plans, implementing concepts, and conducting research.
- Collaborate with project teams in design discussions and problem-solving sessions.
- Contribute to project documentation and meet with project managers to discuss progress.
- Work with cutting-edge engineering software to develop models and simulations.
- Participate in site visits and perform preliminary inspections and calculations.
- Assist with compliance of standards and regulations in project designs and implementations.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software.
- Excellent communication skills, taking initiative, and the ability to work in a team.
- Able to commit at least 30 hours a week.
- Understanding of fundamental engineering principles and construction methods.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in Italian and good command of English.
