About the Position

We are currently offering an exciting internship opportunity for a budding culinary enthusiast to join our vibrant Italian kitchen team in Padua. You will gain hands-on experience, working alongside some of the industry's most renowned chefs and culinary experts, mastering the art of preparation, cooking and presentation of Italian and global cuisines.

Role and Responsibilities

- Assisting in food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients.
- Lending a hand in cooking dishes under the guidance of our professional chefs.
- Learning and adhering to food safety standards and kitchen hygiene protocols.
- Helping with the presentation, garnishing, and plating of dishes.
- Participating in kitchen cleanup routines and restocking procedures.
- Supporting the inventory management and cycle counts of kitchen supplies.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Currently enrolled or recently graduated in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation.
- Eager to learn and able to follow instructions promptly and accurately.
- Physical stamina to withstand prolonged standing and carrying heavy kitchenware.
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
- Valid food handler's training certificate is a plus.
