Job Description

Our interns are an integral part of our team. The intern will work closely with our elite chefs and kitchen staff, learning and practicing authentic Italian dishes and global cuisine. Your primary duties include menu planning, food preparation, maintaining sanitation standards, and collaboration with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth operational procedure. Furthermore, interns will be expected to acknowledge and adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as contribute ideas to the creation of specials and seasonal menus.

Job Requirements

While no professional kitchen experience is required, applicants should possess a sincere interest in culinary arts and a willingness to learn. A basic understanding of Italian language is a plus. Attention to detail, the ability to perform under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety are essential. Also, applicants should be currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a culinary arts or hospitality program.
