Internship Opportunity – Customer Service (Padua, Italy)

We are currently seeking energetic and detail-oriented individuals for a Customer Service Internship position based in Padua, Italy. The incumbent will play an integral role in our customer service department, handling communications with our clients and upkeeping brand image.

Responsibilities:

- Handling customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Maintaining comprehensive records of all inquiries, comments, and feedback.
