Internship Position: Customer Service Intern

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated student or recent graduate to join our Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Intern, you will have the rare opportunity to learn and develop your customer service skills in an international business setting. You will gain hands-on experience dealing with our diverse customer base, manage and resolve customer queries, participate in the development and implementation of new customer service strategies, and contribute to team meetings and discussions.

Main Tasks

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Work closely with the Customer Service team to streamline processes
  • Assist in the development of customer satisfaction and retention strategies
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall development strategies

Job Requirements

  • Currently studying or a recent graduate in Business, Communication, Marketing or a related field
  • Excellent command of English and Italian, both spoken and written
  • Strong familiarity with MS Office and basic understanding of CRM systems
  • Available to work full-time for a minimum of 6 months
