Job Description

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Education/Teaching Assistant to complement our qualified team of educators. The successful candidate will provide effective support to our teachers and students, enhancing the teaching and learning experience in our school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in preparing and maintaining a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment
• Support students, individually or in small groups, to improve their learning
• Encourage students' independence and self-esteem
• Liaise with parents and teachers about students' progress
• Participate in school staff meetings and training programs
• Assist in managing students' behaviour and ensuring safe learning environment

Job Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must:

• Have a relevant degree in education or a related field
• Have previous experience in an educational setting, preferably as a teaching assistant
• Have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrate proficiency in Italian and English
• Be able to display patience, resilience, and understanding towards the needs of students
• Have a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills
