Role Description and Responsibilities:

As an English Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our lead teachers in planning and conducting English classes, monitoring student progress, and providing feedback to enhance their learning. Your main tasks will include:

- Assisting in the design and implementation of English learning activities
- Supporting the class teacher in managing the classroom
- Correcting assignments and participating in the evaluation process

Job Requirements:

Prospective applicants must meet the following qualifications:

- A Bachelor's degree in English Literature, Linguistics, Education or a related field
- TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certification
- Prior experience in teaching English to non-native speakers
- Proficiency in Italian is preferred but not a mandatory requirement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A high degree of commitment, creativity, and enthusiasm towards teaching
