Job Description

You will be primarily tasked with the following duties:

- Assistance in teaching English to a range of age groups starting from children to adults.
- Assisting in the preparation of lesson plans, learning materials and classroom activities.
- Encouraging active involvement and optimal student participation during class hours.
- Assessment of student language proficiency using approved evaluation tools.
- Offering additional assistance to students who struggle with course content.
- Active role in curriculum development, school functions and other extracurricular activities.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this role, please ensure you meet the following criteria:

- A Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics or any relevant course.
- TESOL, CELTA or TEFL certification is a prerequisite.
- At least 2 years prior experience in teaching English as a Second Language.
- Excellent command of oral and written English.
- A working knowledge of Italian is a plus.
- Able to work well in a multicultural environment.
- Demonstrated skills in critical thinking and problem-solving.
