Job Description:

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and caring Education/Teaching Assistant who can support our educators and students in their daily activities. The successful candidate will assist in delivering high-quality education, facilitate effective learning experiences, maintain an organized classroom, and provide emotional and physical support to students.

Tasks:

- Working closely with teachers to plan and implement lessons following the school's curriculum
- Supporting students with their learning activities in all curriculum areas
- Managing students behavior constructively, tracking progress, and preparing necessary reports
- Helping prepare teaching resources and materials, setting up equipment, and ensuring classroom cleanliness and safety
- Assisting with extracurricular activities, field trips, and school events
- Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:

- A College degree in Education or related field
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant will be a major advantage
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- A high level of professionalism, patience, compassion, and understanding
- Good command over English and Italian languages, both oral and written
- A valid work permit for Italy
