Job Description

As an Education/Teaching Assistant, you will:

- Support teachers in planning and preparing teaching materials
- Assist in delivering lessons to a high standard, promoting active student engagement
- Provide individual and small group support to students during educational activities
- Maintain a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment
- Assist with the behavioural management of students within the classroom
- Participate in school events and out-of-class activities, including field trips
- Track and report students' progress, achievements and needs

Job Requirements

Ideal candidates should possess:

- An associate degree or higher in education or a related field
- Proficiency in both English and Italian (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in an educational setting
- Understanding and sensitivity towards children's individual learning needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive, patient and resilient attitude
- The ability to work cooperatively within a team and independently when required
