Position Overview

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated person to join our team as an English Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate will support our British English teachers in encouraging language proficiency, developing lesson plans, and promoting authentic English communication among students.

Job Description

- Assistance in lesson planning, homework assignment and grading.
- Supporting, motivating and engaging students to participate in classroom activities.
- Monitoring and recording student progress and providing feedback to teachers and students.
- Assisting with administrative duties such as attendance tracking and reporting.
- Assisting in the organization of extracurricular English activities including debates, theatre, and speech competitions.

Job Requirements

- A Bachelor's Degree in Education, Linguistics, English, or a relevant field.
- TESOL, CELTA or equivalent certification is required.
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a teaching assistant or similar role, preferable in English literature or language education.
- Excellent command of English (C2 level).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and to inspire and engage students in learning English.
