Job Description:

The successful candidate will be directly involved in various aspects of event planning, from concept development to execution. This immersive internship opportunity will be centered around:

- Assisting with event planning, design, and production.
- Researching and securing venues, arranging food and beverage, ordering supplies and audiovisual equipment, making travel arrangements.
- Coordinating event logistics, services, and staff.
- Assisting with promotional activities, and tracking event key performance metrics.
- Engaging with vendors, performers, and event attendees in a professional manner.

Job Requirements:

Applicants must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field. Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a significant advantage. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are required. Proficiency in Italian and English is a must.

Personal Requirements:
