Job Description
As a teaching assistant, your primary responsibilities will range from assisting the teacher in planning and implementing lessons, supporting students in their learning process, grading assignments, and establishing a safe and engaging learning environment.
- You will also be involved in the general supervision and management of students both inside and outside the classroom.
- Other essential aspects of the role include contributing to the development of education programs and helping with preparation and organisation of teaching materials.
- Moreover, you will also be required to maintain a clean and orderly classroom, keep track of student progress, and communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
- At least one year of experience working in an educational setting, preferably as a teaching assistant.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in the use of computer and educational technology.
- Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory, and the knowledge of additional languages is appreciated.
