Job Description:

We're seeking a dedicated and energetic English Teaching Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our English instructor, assisting in lesson preparation and delivery, grading assignments, and providing additional support to students who may be struggling.

Responsibilities:

• Assist lead English teacher in developing curriculum and lesson plans
• Provide guidance and support to students during lessons
• Grade assignments and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure classroom materials and resources are in order
• Attend and participate in staff meetings and teacher development programs
• Participate in school events and outreach programs

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education or relevant field
• Previous experience in an educational setting preferred
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle classroom management effectively
• Proficient in MS Office applications
