Job Description
We're seeking an energetic, dedicated English Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will assist our lead English teachers in class preparation and delivery. Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Providing support in developing and implementing lesson plans.
- Assisting in grading homework and tests.
- Organizing educational activities and events that enhance language learning.
- Helping students improve their English speaking, writing, and comprehension skills.
- Participating in staff meetings and teacher training programs.
- Maintaining accurate records of student's performance.
Job Requirements
Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a language school setting.
